You can redeem your points at checkout in increments of 100. For every 100 points, you’ll receive $5 off your order.

No, rewards points cannot be combined with promo codes or special discount offers. If you’re using a promo code or other promo discounts, you’ll still earn points for signup, birthday, and social engagement, but you won’t earn points on the purchase itself, and you can’t redeem points on that same order.

Not on the purchase, but yes on other actions! If you use a promo code at checkout, you will not earn points for that order. However, you will still receive points for account signup, birthday entries, and social follows.

Yes, points expire 12 months after they are earned. But don’t worry, every time you make a purchase or complete an action that earns points, the clock resets for another 12 months. We’ll send you reminder emails before your points expire.

No. Points may only be applied to product purchases and cannot be used for taxes, shipping, or additional promo discounts.

If your order is canceled or fully refunded, the points you earned from that order will be removed from your account. For partial refunds, only the portion of points associated with the returned items will be deducted.

No. Each customer is allowed one rewards account. Duplicate accounts, fake referrals, or suspicious activity may result in point forfeiture and deactivation of the program for that account.

We may update or adjust the My ellura Rewards program to better serve our customers. We’ll notify you by email if there are major changes—and always strive to keep your experience transparent and fair.

Since Subscribe & Save already includes a 20% discount on every order, rewards points are only eligible for one-time purchases. We appreciate your interest and encourage you to continue earning points toward future savings on non-subscription orders.
