ellura contains low levels of oxalates, only 0.108 mg per capsule, which is much lower than in pure cranberry juice or the whole fruit. While long-term studies provide conflicting data on cranberry and kidney stones, the low oxalate content in ellura makes it unlikely to cause or worsen kidney stones. If you have a history of kidney stones or severe kidney disease, it's best to consult your healthcare provider before taking ellura.

While an IC "flare" and UTI symptoms can often feel the same, ellura is not a treatment for interstitial cystitis (IC). However if UTI's tend to cause your IC "flare ups" then ellura may help. If acidity is a concern, ellura has an ph of 4.4, you can take it with an acid reducer. Always consult your healthcare provider for proper IC management and treatment.
